1. Introduction

Welcome to Rasmmat, a platform designed to empower artists to sell their artwork. By using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Rasmmat provides a platform for artists to showcase and sell their artwork. We handle operational and marketing aspects to facilitate sales and visibility for artists.

3. User Responsibilities

Artists using Rasmmat agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Comply with all platform guidelines and applicable laws.

Ensure the artwork uploaded belongs to them or that they have appropriate rights to sell it.

4. Fees and Payments

Rasmmat charges a commission of 15% on every sale and a monthly subscription fee of 5KD for using the platform. Payment details and schedules will be outlined in the artist's account.

5. Data Collection and Usage

By using Rasmmat, you grant us the right to collect and utilize data gathered during your use of the platform. This data will be used for operational, marketing, and analytical purposes. We are committed to protecting your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership rights of their artwork uploaded to Rasmmat. However, Rasmmat may use the artwork for promotional and marketing purposes without the artist's consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing notice as per outlined procedures. Upon termination, Rasmmat reserves the right to remove the artist's content from the platform.

8. Liability and Disputes

Rasmmat's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or legal action, governed by the courts of Kuwait.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, including disputes regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Kuwait.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Rasmmat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rasmmat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
