1. Returns and Refunds
Rasmmat accepts returns within 2 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized artwork may not be eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, users must contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
Once authorized, users will receive instructions for returning the artwork.
4. Refund Procedure
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork, refunds will be processed within 10-14 days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returning the artwork will be the responsibility of the user, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If users wish to exchange the artwork for a different piece, they can contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the case of receiving damaged or defective artwork, users must notify us within 2 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
